Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to my Notary Services FAQ page! Whether you're a first-time client or someone looking to better understand the notarization process, I've compiled answers to the most common questions I receive. My goal is to make the notarization process as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.

Yes, all notarizations are done by appointment only. That way, we can focus all our attention on you and be prepared for your notarization needs.

Payment is due upon arrival for your appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. A receipt will be provided.

To ensure a smooth notarization process, please bring the following: a valid, government-issued photo ID (U.S. or foreign passports, driver's licenses, state ID cards, and military IDs). IDs must be current and match the name on your document, the unsigned document that needs to be notarized, and all required parties who need to sign the document. Do not sign the document beforehand, as the notary must witness your signature in person.

No, I'm sorry, but Colorado law does not allow notaries to provide legal advice. Please contact the recipient of the document or an attorney if you're unsure what kind of notarization you require.

No. All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization, either in person or via live online session (for Remote Online Notarization services).

Almost anything - but not Colorado birth, marriage, divorce, or death certificates. These must come directly from the issuing government agency. However, I can notarize powers of attorney, affidavits, consent forms, contracts, deeds, certify copies, and many other documents. I also perform I-9 employment verifications.

Yes. Travel fees vary by mileage. You will be informed of your total fee before your appointment.

If you cancel 24 hours in advance, you will not incur any charges. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, or if you forget your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full appointment fee and travel fee (if applicable).

What truly sets us apart is our commitment to convenience, professionalism, and client satisfaction. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, mobile notary services that come to your location, and remote online notarization for added accessibility. I am detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring every document is processed accurately and efficiently.

If you still have questions, please feel free to reach out via email or call me, and I will be glad to help.
